In 2006, we closed approximately US$4.9 billion in mortgage originations with a servicing portfolio of approximately US$20 billion. Our current servicing portfolio comprises over 2,200 loans in 48 states and the District of Columbia.

Since 1989, DBBM has been designated under Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS^TM) program. In 2006, we closed US$2.44 billion in Fannie Mae Loans, awarding DBBM the #2 Fannie Mae DUS Producer, in production. Currently our Fannie Mae Servicing Portfolio exceeds US$12 billion. We offer products designed to finance both standard and specialized property types.
